Privacy Policy
1. KEY DEFINITIONS
1.1. Company or Data Controller – The controller of your personal data is REVISIT, located at J.Biliūno g. 17, Vilkaviškis, Lithuania LT-70127.
1.2. Customer or Data Subject – A natural person, the Company’s customer (including website visitors), whose personal data is collected by the Company.
1.3. E-shop – The Company’s e-shop available at www.revisit.lt.
1.4. Services – All services provided by the Company.
1.5. Personal Data – Any information related to a natural person (Data Subject) whose identity is known or can be directly or indirectly determined using data such as personal identification number, one or more physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural, or social characteristics.
1.6. Processing of Personal Data – Any action performed with personal data: collection, recording, storage, classification, grouping, merging, modification (updating or correction), disclosure, use, logical and/or arithmetic operations, search, dissemination, destruction, or other actions or sets of actions.
1.7. Partner – A legal entity providing services to the Company related to its activities, selling goods to the Company, or collaborating with the Company on joint projects, including but not limited to marketing campaigns, sales promotions, loyalty programs, etc., in media, websites, the E-shop, retail stores, trade networks, etc.
1.8. Cookie – A small piece of text information automatically created while browsing the website and stored on the visitor’s computer or other device.
1.9. Direct Marketing – Activities aimed at offering goods or services to individuals by mail, phone, or other direct means and/or seeking their opinion on the offered goods or services.
1.10. Privacy Policy – This document, which establishes the principles and rules for processing personal data when using the E-shop services.
1.11. Account – The Customer’s primary login credentials for the E-shop, consisting of an email address and a password.
1.12. Password – A unique combination of numbers, letters, or other characters created by the Customer, which allows access to the E-shop when entered.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. The Customer grants the Company the right to perform all personal data processing actions within the scope and purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.
2.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Republic of Lithuania’s Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data and other legal acts regulating personal data processing and protection, as well as this Privacy Policy.
2.3. The Company processes personal data in accordance with the following principles:
- Personal data is collected for specific and lawful purposes.
- Personal data is processed accurately, fairly, and lawfully.
- Personal data is adequate and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is collected and processed.
- Personal data is kept up to date.
- Personal data is stored in a form that allows identification of the Data Subject for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which the data was collected and processed.
- All information about personal data is confidential.
- The Customer’s personal data and personal information will not be used for unlawful purposes.
2.4. By making a purchase in the E-shop, the Customer is deemed to have read the current version of the Privacy Policy and agrees to it. If the Customer does not agree with any part of the Privacy Policy, they must not place an order or purchase goods in the E-shop.
2.5. The Privacy Policy is available in the E-shop and can be printed at any time. The Company may amend, supplement, or update the Privacy Policy at its discretion. The new version of the Privacy Policy is published in the E-shop.
2.6. The Customer can’t place an order in the E-shop without registration or by registering an Account in the E-shop.
2.7. During the initial registration in the E-shop, the Customer must provide their email address, create a secure password, and provide accurate personal data. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of this information.
2.8. When using the Services or making purchases in the E-shop, the Customer must always provide accurate personal data and is responsible for its accuracy.
2.9. The Customer has the right to modify or supplement their personal data in their Account at any time or request the E-shop to delete their Account.
2.10. The Customer must not disclose their password to third parties and must keep it secure. Otherwise, the Customer bears full responsibility for any consequences.
3. COLLECTION, USE, CORRECTION, AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
3.1. The Company respects every Customer’s right to privacy. The Customer’s personal data (e.g., name, surname, email address, phone number, delivery address, age/date of birth, payment details, purchase history, and, with the Customer’s consent, gender, date of birth, and location) is collected and processed for the following purposes:
- E-commerce purposes: Name, surname, email address, phone number, delivery address, age/date of birth, IP address, payment details. Personal data used for e-commerce purposes is stored for 5 (five) years from the last login to the E-shop.
- Direct marketing purposes: Name, surname, phone number, email address, address, age, gender, date of birth, location. Personal data used for direct marketing purposes is stored for 5 (five) years from the last login to the E-shop.
3.2. The Customer may consent to the processing of their personal data (name, surname, phone number, email address, address, age, gender, date of birth, location) for direct marketing purposes. If the Customer withdraws their consent, the Company will no longer process their personal data for direct marketing purposes and will not send any marketing communications, except for information related to the Customer’s orders.
3.3. The Customer has the right to withdraw their consent for the processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time by sending a notification to the Company at revisitlietuva@gmail.com and clearly stating that they withdraw their consent and do not wish to receive any direct marketing communications.
3.4. The Customer may also exercise their right to object to the processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes by clicking the relevant link in each email sent.
3.5. The Customer, as a Data Subject, has the following rights related to the processing of their personal data:
- To receive information from the Company about the processing of their personal data and access their personal data.
- To request the correction, destruction, or restriction of the processing of their personal data if the data is processed in violation of applicable laws.
3.6. To exercise their rights, the Customer must provide a passport, ID card, or driver’s license. The Company provides the Data Subject with information about their processed personal data free of charge once a year. The Customer may exercise their rights by contacting the Company at revisitlietuva@gmail.com
3.7. The Customer’s personal data is not disclosed to third parties, except in the following cases:
- When the Customer’s consent is obtained, as specified in this Privacy Policy.
- When personal data is shared with Partners providing services related to the Company’s activities.
- When required by applicable laws or legal acts to competent authorities.
3.8. The Customer is informed of their right to object to the processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes, either immediately or at a later time.
3.9. The Customer agrees that their personal data may be shared with Partners to fulfill their order in the E-shop or provide Services, as specified in Section 3.7.
3.10. If the Customer does not agree with the Privacy Policy, they will not be able to use the E-shop services.
3.11. The Company implements organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, or any other unlawful processing.
3.12. The Customer agrees that in cases where it is necessary under the instructions of competent authorities or if their personal data has been potentially used for illegal activities, their personal data may be stored on the Company’s servers longer than specified in this Privacy Policy.
3.13. Upon receiving a request or inquiry from the Data Subject related to the processing of personal data, the Company provides a response within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of the request.
3.14. To provide the Customer with full-fledged services in the E-shop, the Company may store Cookies on the Customer’s device with their consent. Cookies are used to recognize the Customer as a previous user of the E-shop, collect E-shop traffic statistics, and track shopping cart information. The Customer can view or delete Cookies at any time.

4. OTHER PROVISIONS
4.1. The Company reserves the right to amend or supplement the Privacy Policy in whole or in part. Amendments or supplements to the Privacy Policy take effect from the date of their publication.
